Renowned online casino content developer and supplier NetEnt has been pursuing some very ambitious expansion goals over the past year. The United States has been one of the markets where the company has had its sights set on especially considering the massive growth of the country’s online gambling sector. For this, the company has inked some pretty lucrative partnerships including one with DraftKings which is one of the fastest-growing gambling operators in the United States.

The partners’ first joint venture kicked off in August 2019 in New Jersey. This turned out to be a pretty good move and the two have since reaped the benefits of the growing online betting industry. Naturally, the resurgence of online gambling activities in the state of New Jersey has given the partners even more reason to venture into other states.

One of the states where NetEnt and DraftKings’ offerings are coming to next is Pennsylvania. This does not come as much of a surprise since Pennsylvania happens to be one of the most lucrative and rapidly-growing gambling markets in the United States.

“DraftKings’ size and market presence make this launch one of the most significant to date. We’re proud to expand our relationship with such a well-known operator and look forward to continuing the success that we’ve achieved together so far. We are thrilled to have such a renowned operator on board as we enter new jurisdictions.”

Brian Kraft, NetEnt vice president commercial, Americas.

The Pennsylvania venture will not be the gaming content supplier’s first foray into the state. Already, the company has signed a partnership agreement with Wind Creek Bethlehem for an online gambling venture. That said, the extension of its partnership with DraftKings is going to serve as a pretty big boost to its plans.

West Virginia Too

One of the other states where customers will get to enjoy the fruits of NetEnt’s partnership with DraftKings is West Virginia. The gambling authorities in the state awarded the gaming content supplier a temporary operational license which is likely to be approved further in the near future.

As it turns out, NetEnt already had some presence in West Virginia thanks to a partnership that it has already signed with BetMGM. That said, the extension of its deal with DraftKings will also be about boosting its presence further.

All in all, NetEnt’s efforts in as far as extending its reach across various markets have been quite impressive, to say the least. With its industry-leading products, it will certainly become a force to reckon with in the US online gambling market.
