Pennsylvania continues attracting gaming suppliers looking to establish a stronger foothold in the US online casino market, and Incentive Games is the latest company moving deeper into the space.

The B2B gaming provider has secured an interim gaming license from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, allowing it to offer its real-money gaming products to licensed operators across the state immediately.

The approval gives Incentive Games access to one of the most established and tightly regulated iGaming markets in the country, where competition among operators and suppliers continues intensifying as online casino revenue grows year after year.

Why Pennsylvania Matters for Gaming Suppliers

Pennsylvania has become one of the most important online gambling markets in the US, not just because of its size, but because of the regulatory standards tied to operating there.

Suppliers entering the state are expected to meet strict requirements around compliance, operational transparency, player protection, and responsible gaming systems. Securing approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is increasingly viewed as an important benchmark for companies looking to scale across regulated North American markets.

For Incentive Games, the move builds on momentum already created through its earlier Michigan licensing approval in 2025. The company has been steadily expanding its presence in regulated US jurisdictions as more states continue refining their iGaming ecosystems.

The broader trend is becoming clearer across the industry. Suppliers are placing greater emphasis on regulated-market growth instead of relying purely on offshore or lightly regulated expansion strategies.

Plans to Build More Operator Partnerships

Incentive Games said the Pennsylvania approval strengthens its long-term North American strategy and creates new opportunities to work with licensed operators in the state.

Chief Commercial Officer Ahmed Baker described the interim license as a significant milestone for the business, adding that it reflects the company’s regulatory approach and supports its ambition to grow through trusted partnerships in regulated markets. The company also said it plans to continue delivering real-money gaming experiences tailored to local compliance and player expectations.

As competition across the US online casino sector continues evolving, suppliers that can combine engaging products with strong regulatory credentials are expected to hold a growing advantage, especially in major markets like Pennsylvania.
