Last Tuesday, a woman from Pennsylvania named Cathy managed to hit the largest Divine Fortune Jackpot ever in the United States. Cathy who was betting on PlaySugarHouse.com placed a $1 bet and this landed her a whopping $376,893. As if the $1 bet is not enough reason to make the win an absolute miracle, we have also learned that she had played for less than 20 minutes when she landed the massive jackpot.

Even for the 62-year old Cathy who hails from Canton, her win was not only astonishing but it was also life-changing. The jackpot will help her get back on her feet after having recently gone through a rough patch – she had previously spent all of her life-savings in order to provide medical assistance to her grandson who, unfortunately, succumbed to cancer a couple of years ago. The family considered a number of different treatment options and they would have spent much more money if they had it.

Unexpected Streak of Good Luck

For Cathy, online gambling has been a great way of releasing stress and a form of distraction. However, since her gaming was just for recreation or entertainment, she preferred to bet low amounts. This is why it was very surprising for her that a $1 bet would yield such a large amount.

“I was blown away.  I started screaming and ran and got my husband and just kept pointing at the computer screen saying, ‘Look!  Look!  I won!  That’s real money!’,” Cathy said. “You play these games and you think no one really ever wins, but they do.  I just can’t believe it was me.  I think my grandson was on my shoulder while I was playing.”

Cathy intends to use the money to pay some bills and make a few home improvements most of which was postponed as they were handling her late grandson’s medical needs. In memory of her grandson, she will also be donating a portion of her huge jackpot win to a cancer charity hat.

Great Publicity for PlaySugarHouse.com

PlaySugarHouse.com is the first online gaming site to be launched by the Chicago-based Rush Street Interactive. It has since grown to become one of the most popular online gaming brands in the United States. The site’s Divine Fortune Jackpot has been giving the players a ton of hefty rewards. In fact, over the past two months, players in Pennsylvania alone have hit the jackpot six times with the first five occurring within the span of a fortnight. It is therefore incredible that the site is living up to the promise that players of every bankroll stand a chance of winning.
